Wave City is the second major pixel city in Kasta Region. Its beautiful city resides between Route 110 and Route 111. This city has the finest waterparks and water circus in the region. Athena, the Shrine Leader of Wave City is an Entertainer and All-time Lifeguard at Aquastadium, a famous water circus in Wave City. She specializes in using Aqua-type, which are her favorite type!
